For participants who need temporary accommodations when they arrive in Shanghai. The expense of temporary accommodations is the responsibility of the participant. If you wish to stay at one of these hotels, you must advise CCOC staff of the correct date of arrival so that reservations can be booked at the special discounted rate. Please be sure to complete and submit your Temporary Housing Reservation Form to CCOC.

Typically, reservations are made for one week, unless requested otherwise. Upon check-in at the hotel, you may be asked for either a credit card imprint (e.g., Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diner's Club), full payment in cash (a portion of which may be returned, pending check-out date), or cash payment on a daily basis (subject to an additional fee). If desired, you may check-out from the hotel earlier than the designated check-out date, but must notify the hotel front desk. In general, check-in time is 14：00，check-out time is 12:00 noon.
