SBIP Overview

Since 2005，CCOC has promoted the Shanghai Business Internship Program (SBIP) to match companies in shanghai with undergraduate and graduate students in foreign countries. SBIP support the participants to gain the hands-on work experience as well as exposure to practices in international business and trade policy. At the outset of the program, hundreds of participants have been given internships at our CCOC host companies. Hosting an intern gives Chinese employees an opportunity to interact with top young specialists from developed countries, so the Shanghai Business Internship Program is a useful tool for further internationalizing a company and developing its human resources.
